Hello everyone! Just recently aquired an older 18 here in the US. 2 quick questions: What type of line are you all using to attach the netting to the wings, and secondly, how are you all attaching the head of the jib to the forstay wire. Thanks for any info you can send my way!

Hi,
Netting can be purchase fromn john Harris in Australia (spectra or kevlar line 3 mm I guess)
Use 3 mm spectra and tie to use a T-terminal with a eye welded on the T-terminal.
best regards

Thanks for the info... Another question: Regarding the "Cheese Wires" from the prod to the wing.... T-Terminal on the prod end and whats on the other?? Are you guys using Pin adjusters or just a swage fork end? Also what size of wire??
Also, I saw some talk on this forum about how the systems are ran on the wings... Wondering if anyone has photo's of them?? I'm fixing up an old GP 18, so any help is really helpful. Thanks.
